Here are some general guidelines for returning goods:
All shipments must be prepaid to our door. Specifically, no collect shipments
or shipments with customs or other charges due are accepted.
Remember that in almost all cases shipping charges are determined by weight,
not by size. When packing equipment, leave lots of space for cushioning
foam or other packing material. This will not add to the cost and will
greatly increase the odds of your equipment arriving safely.
Regardless of any telephone conversations or other communications, include
a DETAILED TROUBLE REPORT with the returned product. This will greatly
expedite handling.
